Go to https://www.seed.st, type in your username where it says “Login” and press enter.

The login dialog will pop up, your server address is displayed above the login prompt, it should say something like “To view this page, you must log in to this area on xxx.seed.st”. Write this address down.

Open FileZilla or your favorite FTP client. In the “Host” field enter the address you copied from step 2. Enter the username and password you use to login to Seed.ST, and leave the port blank (default) or if it is required enter port 21.

We support Explicit TLS/SSL for encrypted connections as well as unencrypted FXP site-to-site transfer. If your FXP is not working try turning off encryption.

Go to Start → Run (or press Windows+R) and type 'cmd' into the dialog box that opens and press enter.

In this command prompt type “ping xxx.seed.st” where xxx.seed.st is the address you copied in step 2. Press enter.

This will display the IP address.
