++++How do I access files via FTP on my seedbox? |
  - Go to https://www.seed.st, type in your username where it says "Login" and press enter. {{:userstep1.gif?linkonly|image}}
  - The login dialog will pop up, your server address is displayed above the login prompt, it should say something like "To view this page, you must log in to this area on **xxx.seed.st**".  Write this address down. {{:userstep2.gif?linkonly|image}}
  - Open [[http://www.filezilla-project.org|FileZilla]] or your favorite FTP client.  In the "Host" field enter the address you copied from step 2.  Enter the username and password you use to login to Seed.ST, and leave the port blank (default) or if it is required enter port 21. {{:ftpstep1.gif?linkonly|image}}
  - We support Explicit TLS/SSL for encrypted connections as well as unencrypted FXP site-to-site transfer.  If your FXP is not working try turning off encryption.

  * **Increase your number of simultaneous downloads:**
    - This varies greatly depending on your FTP client, please consult the manual that came with your FTP client software.

++++How do I get my seedbox IP address? |
  - Go to https://www.seed.st, type in your username where it says "Login" and press enter. {{:userstep1.gif?linkonly|image}}

  - In this command prompt type "ping **euxxx.seed.st**" where **euxxx.seed.st** is the address you copied in step 2.  Press enter. {{:ipstep2.gif?linkonly|image}}
  - This will display the IP address as seen in the image above.

++++PayPal says you suspended my automatic payment, what now? |
  * Firstly, WE did not cancel your subscription, PayPal did - the e-mail is misleading.
  * Some time in late 2018, PayPal made a sweeping change to our account that seems to have broken re-attempts on failed subscription payments.
  * You will get this e-mail if you have an expired credit card, if you lost and replaced your card but didn't update PayPal, or if you had insufficient balance when PayPal tried to bill you.
  * Before they made this change they would attempt to bill you 3 times before ending your subscription, now they only make one attempt and the account is immediately closed.  We have been in touch with PayPal but they are apparently unable to fix the issue.
  * FOR NOW, there is nothing we can do - once you receive that e-mail, your account is immediately deleted on our end and the only thing you can do is sign up for a new subscription again.
  * We are working on a solution to mitigate the issue but we have no ETA at the moment.

++++How can i change my payment source? |
  * If you signed up with PayPal, Add/edit the card on your PayPal account and update the subscription on the PayPal website to use the new card.

++++Do you allow public trackers? |
  * No, absolutely no public trackers are to be used on our servers.

++++How can i switch from a weekly to a monthly package? |
  * We're sorry but we have no way of doing this, if you want a monthly package you will have to cancel your weekly and purchase a monthly package.

++++A package i want is sold out, when can i get one? |
  * Packages free up every few hours, so just keep checking the website.

++++How do I cancel my subscription? |
  * Cancelling your seedbox subscription is non-reversible.  Once you cancel your account WILL be deleted at the end of the term and there is nothing we can do to stop that from happening.

  * **If you signed up with a PayPal account:**
    - Log into your PayPal account.
    - Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
    - Click "My Money" on the left side.
    - Next to "My Preapproved Payments" click "Update". {{:cancelsub.gif?linkonly|image}}
    - Find the subscription (it will be named SysOp) and click on it.
    - Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom and confirm it on the next page.
    - Your account will remain active until the term ends, after it ends your account will be deleted along with all of your files.
