++++How do I access files via FTP on my server? |
  - Go to https://www.seed.st, type in your username where it says "Login" and press enter.
  - The login dialog will pop up, your server address is displayed above the login prompt, it should say something like "To view this page, you must log in to this area on **xxx.seed.st**".  Write this address down.
  - Open [[http://www.filezilla-project.org|FileZilla]] or your favorite FTP client.  In the "Host" field enter the address you copied from step 2.  Enter the username and password you use to login to Seed.ST, and leave the port blank (default) or if it is required enter port 21.
  - We support Explicit TLS/SSL for encrypted connections as well as unencrypted FXP site-to-site transfer.  If your FXP is not working try turning off encryption.

  * **Increase your number of simultaneous downloads:**
    - This varies greatly depending on your FTP client, please consult the manual that came with your FTP client software.

++++How do I get my server IP address? |
  - Go to https://www.seed.st, type in your username where it says "Login" and press enter.

  - Go to Start -> Run (or press Windows+R) and type 'cmd' into the dialog box that opens and press enter.
  - In this command prompt type "ping **xxx.seed.st**" where **xxx.seed.st** is the address you copied in step 2.  Press enter.
  - This will display the IP address.

++++How can i change my payment source? |
  * If you signed up with PayPal, Add/edit the card on your PayPal account and update the subscription on the PayPal website to use the new card.

++++How can i switch from a weekly to a monthly package? |
  * We're sorry but we have no way of doing this, if you want a monthly package you will have to cancel your weekly and purchase a monthly package.

++++A package i want is sold out, when can i get one? |
  * Packages free up every few hours, so just keep checking the website.

++++How do I cancel my subscription? |
  * Cancelling your server subscription is non-reversible.  Once you cancel your account WILL be deleted at the end of the term and there is nothing we can do to stop that from happening.

  * **If you signed up with a PayPal account:**
    - Log into your PayPal account.
    - Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
    - Click "My Money" on the left side.
    - Next to "My Preapproved Payments" click "Update".
    - Find the subscription and click on it.
    - Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom and confirm it on the next page.
    - Your account will remain active until the term ends, after it ends your account will be deleted along with all of your files.
